1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all inquiries, offers, agreements, and deliveries of green coffee by Stories Café EU (“Seller”). By using this website, placing an inquiry, or entering into an agreement, the buyer (“Buyer”) accepts these Terms.
These Terms apply exclusively. Buyer’s own terms and conditions do not apply, unless expressly agreed in writing. Stories Café EU may update these Terms from time to time; the version applicable at the time of the order shall apply.
2. Products
Stories Café EU supplies unroasted (green) coffee beans, primarily sourced from Africa and intended for professional roasting only.
Cup profiles, quality descriptors, and other product information are indicative and not binding. All offers are non-binding, subject to availability, and require written confirmation.
3. Orders & Agreements
A sale is final only once a written order confirmation has been issued by Stories Café EU.The minimum order quantity is one (1) bag.All prices are exclusive of VAT, handling, and shipping costs, unless otherwise stated.Ownership of goods remains with Stories Café EU until full payment is received (retention of title).
4. Payment
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices must be paid in full within 14 days of the invoice date.Payments must be made in euros (€), free of bank charges and deductions. Any bank or transfer fees are borne by the Buyer.In the event of late payment, statutory interest under Dutch law applies. The Buyer shall also reimburse all reasonable collection and legal costs.
5. Delivery
Delivery terms are ex-warehouse (EXW), Rosmalen, unless specified otherwise. Risk transfers to the Buyer once goods are made available for pickup or shipment.Shipping times are indicative and not guaranteed. Stories Café EU is not liable for delays caused by third parties or force majeure.A handling and preparation fee of €40 (excl. VAT) applies to each shipment. Actual shipping costs will be charged separately and added to the invoice. These costs are non-refundable.If the Buyer arranges transport, Stories Café EU bears no responsibility for damage or loss in transit.
6. Quality & Liability
Coffee is a natural product; slight variations in taste, size, or moisture content are normal.Buyer must inspect goods immediately upon receipt and notify Stories Café EU of any claims within 5 working days.Liability for any claim is limited to the invoiced value of the goods concerned.Stories Café EU is not liable for consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or indirect losses.
7. Website Use
All content on this site (text, images, branding) is the property of Stories Café EU and may not be copied, used, or reproduced without prior written permission. This website may contain links to third-party sites; Stories Café EU accepts no responsibility for their content.

9. Jurisdiction & Language
All agreements are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in The Hague, the Netherlands.
